Time for upgrade

I have been putting alot of consideration into upgrading my photography arsenals. Few things I need.
I need a Manfrotto 190x Tripod which probabaly cost me around US147.00. Right now I got a unsturdy tripod where it uses lousy ballhead with no plate.
I also need "walkaround" lens which I desprately need to go for night event shooting. My ideal lens would be Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 which I get alot of recommendation about it. Its definately far better than my Nikkor kit lens 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 wide angle with low apreture urgh.
I currently owned a Nikkor 50mm f1.8 and a Sigma 28-105 f2.8-4.0 ASP IF.
Why do they never produce a 17-70mm f2.8 macro

(minstall=mystable) It`s a website where teenagers on my age (13/14 and so on) can made animals, chat with eachother and just have FUN. I ask you about this because i don`t have horses like that. I don`t have horses at all. I can also write your name on the photos if you want to. But I wouldn`t use the photos without your permission. I really hope that you say yes.
